No Guaranteed Results

Psychic readings, tarot readings, and energy services are interpretive and personal in nature. No specific result, prediction, reconciliation, contact, relationship outcome, financial outcome, healing result, or future event is guaranteed.

Appointments

Appointments are subject to availability and are not confirmed until the client receives a booking confirmation.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and arriving or calling at the scheduled time.

Phone clients should be available at the telephone number provided when the session begins.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients should contact Connecticut Ave Psychic at least 24 hours before the appointment when requesting cancellation or rescheduling.

Late cancellations, repeated rescheduling, or missed appointments may result in:

• Loss of the appointment

• A requirement to prepay before scheduling again

• Restrictions on future booking availability

Emergencies and exceptional circumstances may be considered individually.

Late Arrivals

Clients who arrive late may receive a shortened session so the following appointment can begin on time.

Additional time is not guaranteed, and the full scheduled service price may still apply.

Payments

Unless otherwise stated during booking:

• Payment is due at the time the service is provided.

• Accepted payment methods may vary.

• Prices are listed in United States dollars.

• Energy Healing prices and session lengths may vary based on the individual situation and agreed scope of the service.

Refunds

Completed readings, appointments, and personalized spiritual services are generally nonrefundable because time and service have already been provided.

A refund does not apply merely because a client disagrees with an interpretation, prediction, or guidance received.

Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be waived.

Energy Healing

Energy Healing is a spiritual and complementary service. It is not medical or psychological treatment and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

Clients should continue following the recommendations of licensed medical and mental-health professionals.

Client Conduct

Clients are expected to communicate respectfully.

Connecticut Ave Psychic may refuse, end, or decline future service when a client:

• Behaves abusively, threateningly, or inappropriately

• Harasses the reader or staff

• Makes repeated unreasonable demands

• Attempts to use the service for unlawful purposes

• Requests information that would invade another person’s safety or privacy

• Appears to require emergency medical, psychiatric, or legal assistance beyond the scope of the service

Confidentiality

Client sessions are treated as private. However, confidentiality may be limited when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to address an immediate threat to someone’s safety.

Clients should not record a session without permission.
